Job Description: Customer Service Rep.

Advantage Insurance Group LLC. is a multiline property & casualty insurance agency in Mount Juliet TN. We have an available position which entails servicing of our existing clientele. Prior office experience is NOT required; a great attitude and upbeat personality are necessary. A competitive compensation package for the right applicant. On the job training, will be provided.

This is a PART-TIME PROFESSIONAL position, 15-20 hours a week: no nights or weekend shifts required. The job, compensation and hours increase with experience. Advancement opportunities for the right employees.

Requirements:
• At least 18 yrs. old
• 30 words per minute keyboarding/typing skills
• Reliable transportation Abilities:
• Upbeat/pleasant phone voice and personality
• Organized
• Perform general office/administrative duties

Availability:
• Must be available during typical business hours; 9-5 M-F.
